DROP OFF AND PICK UP INFORMATION
OUR SCHEDULE:
Wednesdays, 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm
DROP OFF:
6:05 pm Rooms open to teachers' children
6:10 pm Rooms open to all children
We do ask that kids not arrive before 6:10 pm, as directors & teachers use the time before choir to prepare. Teachers' children are allowed into the rooms earlier to provide teachers time to get to their rooms.
Check-in: Child name tags are set out at each choir entrance. Place the tag on the child, and the secretary will scan your child's tag upon arrival. (If you have more than one child enrolled in choir, you will still need only one parent tag to check out your kiddos.)
PICK UP:
7:30 pm All children should be picked up from their room by this time.
Please pick up younger children first.
Check-out: Show parent tag to choir secretary. Secretary will scan both your tag and your child's tag for check out.
** If a parent is involved in a ministry that doesn't end by 7:30 pm, please sign your child up for extended care, and they will be taken to ROOM P004 after choir and dismissed to you there.
